This school offers training in ancient wisdom and sacred practices from the Hindu yoga and dharma tradition. If you practice yoga āsana (postures) or dhyāna (meditation), this may enhance or deepen your understanding and experience. Its great to get some context behind what you do. There are some free resources here too.

I sometimes mention J in my classes as I get quite a lot of inspiration from him. I attend the weekly teachers class and am  on the same page as far as asana practice is concerned. He coined the term Gentle is the New Advanced to describe a (not so) new way of approaching yogaie. that advanced doesnt mean athletically adept or super flexible, but rather, where is your mind and attention during your practice? If you have your leg behind your head and are thinking about your shopping list or how its going to look on instagram, its not yoga.
